It was in 1990 that I started teaching at the ESC of Algiers after obtaining the master's degree at the same school. I turned to finance modules, partly as a follow-up to my experience of more than a decade in banking and corporate financial advice. When writing my doctoral thesis on the value of the company in privatization in co-direction between the universities of Algiers and Toulouse, I became interested in the economics of information. On this topic, I wrote a handout entitled “Game Theory and Information Economics”, available on the website of the ESC in Koléa. Part of my publications focus on the information economy, particularly in the areas of privatization and banking. In parallel with my teaching duties, I had to intervene as a consultant, among others in international cooperation programs.
