1-Creation of an R&D laboratory at Biopharm in 2007 for the formulation of generic drugs in the form of: tablets, capsules, sachets, syrups, suspensions, creams, ointments and gels.
2-To date, it includes 50 people and includes several teams: the galenic formulation team, the analytical development team, the pilot scale transposition team, the validation and transfer of analytical methods team.
3-Coordination with universities for setting up Bachelor's/Master's professional training. Launch in 2010 at the University of Blida of the degree in Industrial Pharmacy, in which I have been teaching since 2010 to date. Launch in 2021 of an STM (Science and Technique of Medicine) master's degree with the USTHB University
4-Creation of joint research teams in pharmaceutical innovation with several universities.
5-Organization of scientific events BSAM (Biopharm Scientific Annual Meeting) which is in its 2nd edition (in December 2021)
